jinhe pane k liye ek panchi,
banna hota h,
naa jane kitne nirmukt panchi ,
in sapno ko pane ki chah rkte hn.

manzil ka safar yun hi tay nahi hota hn,
usme naa jane kitni bebasi,laachari,
har din ek nayi kashmakash hoti h.

us nirmukt gagan mai har panchi ki apni udaan hoti h,
kabhi 2 ek panchi bhul bisarkar dusro k sapno ko apna smj leta h,
lekin wo bhul jata h,uska ek apna wazood  hn,
jaha wah dusro se nahi kud ke hausle se udaan bhar raha hn,
aur ek din us gagan chumbi nabh ko apne inhi hausle ki udaan se chu lega.

deere deere sapno ko pura krne ko,
aage badne lgi.
jab jab barish hoti,meri naav ,

kab tak tera intzar karu,

one way goes to failure to success

failure and success are two main parts of our life.success give us energy and postiveness but when we are not successed then we loose our self confidence .we should always learn there exist a way which goes to failure to success.
1.if u want success then find out those point which are weak and barrier in your success and work hard on those point.
2.we should not forget that to get success is not a easy path .if we see in our history then analysise that there are many great people who failed but they did not loose their self confidence .they have faith in theirself that one day they acheived their goal.
3.when we failure then some things are changed but at that point we should not loose our pateince .and fulfil all responsibilities towards family,freinds and soceity.

1.first respect your country ,your parents. always learn that parents is the god in the earth.they do more things for our happiness.they never think about their priority always give the priority of your happiness.

2.make a good human being not only for your family but also for all humans(if sometimes you see that somebody in problem and you avoid that because you don't know why you forget these thing that he/she is the daugter,son of somebody.if you help that person one day another also help you and your family.)

 Sociologically the word gender refers to the socio-cultural definition of man and woman, the way societies distinguish men and women and assign them social roles.The distinction between sex and gender was introduced to deal with the general tendency to attribute women’s subordination to their anatomy.
As soon as a child is born families and society begin the process of gendering. The birth of a son is celebrated, the birth of a daughter is filled with pain; sons are showered with love, respect, better food and proper health care. Boys are encouraged to be tough and outgoing; and girls to be homebound and shy.good education is provided to boy but not girls because people think that girls are not the part of their family after marriage she will be go to others home.so why we spend our resources on her. Gender inequity has adverse impact on development goals as reduces economic growth. It hampers the overall wellbeing because blocking women from participation in social, political and economic activities can adversely affect the
whole society. Many developing countries including India have displayed gender inequality in education, employment and health. It is common to find girls and women suffering from high mortality rates and vast differences in education level. while equal rights is not provided to women ,then our  economy will not balanced.women plays multiple role in her life she is a best daughter,sister,freinds,wife,mother.......
